 Part time (2 days per week)

We are seeking an enthusiastic professional with exceptional interpersonal skills. This is a rare opportunity to join the HR Team in the build up to, and over, our busy 2019/20 Season.

This position is based at the beautiful Kauri Cliffs Lodge and reports, remotely, to the HR Manager based at Cape Kidnappers.   

The purpose of the role is to support Management to achieve a positive and effective working culture across all teams.  To ensure helpful and clear communication in relation to values, vision and the importance of individual contributions.   To use sound and fair judgement when providing advice to Managers in matters of performance or conduct management and to be an integral part of the Group’s success, through the seamless support of our most important resource.

You will need to be a strong administrator, with an aptitude for detail, an understanding of procedures and a desire to develop your HR knowledge, skills and expertise. This is an important, new position and you will need to have strong focus on excellence, plenty of enthusiasm and a flexible approach. 

In addition, the successful candidate will have:

  • A high degree of professionalism and honesty
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to uphold confidentiality and sensitive information, both on and off duty
